★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A place just 650mtr inside from ORR-Croma. All places like tech parks, grocery stores, malls, theatres, hospital & school are nearby. Apartment has good amenities like Gym, Walking track, Swimming Pool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stand alone building, 78 flats. Per sq ft rates are little higher than actual. Basic amenities all available. Flats are vaastu compliant, big balconies and beautifully designed. Open space sufficient for walking and jogging. Parking is big.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The area where this apartment is situated does not have good network(mobile) connectivity and dust issue is also there apart from that apartment is decent.
Few points about this apartment which could help you decide about your stay if you are planning to buy or rent flat here
Bad points :
1. Gym in this apartment is just for the namesake, doesn’t have basic things and the existing equipment’s are not working
2. Does not have visitor parking area
3. Water problem is also there which is a normal thing in this area
4. Network issue biggest problem
5. No nearby supermarket
6. Here minimum maintenance charge is 3500 rupees but there is no plumber in this society
Good points :
1. They have swimming pool which is quite good and properly maintained
2. Vegetable seller visits this apartment every Sunday
3. Though this area is not very much crowded but it is good in terms of location because it is just 500/600 meters from Outer Ring Road, and lots of good IT companies are around.
4. Nearby shop from where you can get packaged drinking water

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad Society . If you are looking for buying a flat there please don't buy here because there is strong community inside the society which rebels the outsider . The community (which I am talking about ) takes decision on their own without the opinion of the entire society . I am getting very frustrated ? there . So I have decided to switch to another location . Hope my experience helps you .

- Garden is maintained nicely.

- Water cane are available with in society on cheaper price.
- 24/7 electricity backup.
- Neat and clean premises.
- Premises is under cctv surveillance.
- Amenities: kids play area, swiming pool, Gym, club house, walking area.
