★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only power backup is advantage food is not so good every day rice and dal in launch and dinner 3 roti like papers, and behavior of caretakers are is bad ,apart from cleaning is good only, some time lift is not working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room maintenance is very very poor nd food is limited nd chapati nd dosa has jzt like a paper very poor signal problem. Terrace to talking phone rooms are very small fee is not satisfied for rooms

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst food quality, care taker behavior is very poor, no proper maintance. Increase rent every alternate month for no reason. You can be charged for extra 100-300 bucks for using TV, wi-fi or any services which is hidden @joining. Plz, forget if you hv any refund while leaving the pg.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best pg in locality.food is far better compare to others.have parking area.cctv, washing machine, water purifier,tv.best part is owner lives in another pg so no such restrictions.people staying here are most of odia and some are north indian.few South Indian are also there.food is both south and north indian but better from other pg.

WiFi, washing machine,cctv,hotwatergeaser,three times food,tv in each floor,no bedbugs,attach bathroom,
3sharing and 4sharing
Tiffins are nice, meals are average.
Sunday chicken and panner.
Roti is available three or four times a week everyweek.
Bike parking is available.
