★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not buy in this property. They do not have a proper road and it has legal issues with locals who are not ready to give the land. They may show some papers and approvals. But it is a Trap. Once you are in, you can never come out. Proceed to buy only if you see the Road work is complete. Other builders on this road trapped several customers for last 4 years in same way. Genuine advise from one of the customer who fell in the builder trap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ decent enough budget apartment in nice location. according to my understanding they have been well organized via association from past two years, their landowners as well helpful apparently which is not the case with most of the apartments. usually landowners are very painful in any apartment.
