★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never felt like home Association is very bossy..they have their own group and act like they own this country They come up with multiple rules and trouble you. They just see their perspective and doesn't respect anyone or their thoughts .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Builder has created alot of issues regarding parking allotment and still not alloted it. Builder promised OC while selling flats and took money separately for that. Now he has said we wont get any OC. Also as per bbmp regulations parking should be 180 sqft which is not there in any of the parking space. Building has lot of unusable parking spaces where big cars cannot be parked and still builder is forcing those parking on owners. Please consult the association in case anybody planning to buy any flat here.
