★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience I ever had.. full of money minded people..my relative fell down in bike for one small dressing they have charged 500/- .. they have not even do the TT injection also .. unprofessional staff Nurses.. I strongly suggest please don't go Maya hospital for emergency purpose..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OK , I visited this hospital almost 3 to 4 times and on my own experience I will explain what is good and what's missing in this hospital. Let me tell you first that this hospital is not that big but can cure your disease with ease.
PROs :

1) The receptionist is very polite not like in some hospitals where you find rude person.
2) Doctors are very efficient and listened me very mindfully and then provided medication.
3) Nurses also very supportive . They will understand your problem and help you in your medication / hospitalisation.
4) The doctors never prescribed costly medicines. They prescribed very much affordable medicines.
CONs:

1) My relative admitted here for 2 days . I opted for deluxe room which costs is around 4300 (room -2500, consulting Dr - 1000, nurse -800 ) . But believe me the room was horrible. All night mosquito problem was there. They put empty mosquito liquid bottle. After complain they replaced it. They will not clean the room where you stayed which is a basic facility to be provided . TV was not working . After so many complaints they changed our room where everything is provided as per deluxe level.
My suggestion to all who wants to go to this hospital is please go to this hospital for treatment but if by any chance you found you need to be admitted then make sure the rooms you are taking has basic facilities as per the level like deluxe or semi deluxe etc. May be it's new and they did not fully completed the hospital but I wrote what I found odd in this hospital otherwise this hospital is best for visit. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst and money minded hospital… They are charging very high for minor problems.. Even in reputed hospitals, specialised doctors are charging reasonable price. But here, excluding of medicine they charged Rs200 just for giving injection and separate consultation charge of Rs400.. Most importantly they are not at all following Covid protocols and no one wore mask including the Doctor. No hygiene at all… Not recommend this hospital for emergency purpose also..
