★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Builder is one of the biggest cheater in the Sarjapur , in current project Uber Verdant 2 they have cheat all customer by doing promise that they will provide early possession of tower C and D by June 2021, then Dec 2021, then march 22 and now may 22 and force to sign sign undertaking letter that if you want to move in then no basic amenities will be provided , no guarantee of power backup , no guarantee of garbage collection, no security guard and no protection of car parked in parking.
Now they have RERA date in jun-2024, so think how much buyer of uber verdant 2 has to be suffered. most of people done registration and builder forcing to take possession by signing under taking form.
I think they will do same strategy with Mana Caption buyer. Please be very careful before purchasing , try to meet any people who purchased in Uber verdant 2.

John from CRM team gave us details of structure and CRM, what can be done and what can not be done.
Complete team is hands on and really helped us well in each of our requirements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello everyone, I'll share my personal experience about MANA PROJECTS,its pretty cool and very nice place to stay here, apartment look really amazing u can see greenary everywhere in this place such a lovely place i ever seen ,my favourite place is tree house in this apartments u can feel like beautiful park around your house,u can go for gym everyday and park for children,such a clean place,your children are really safe to go outside and play on their own must visit mana projects before u buy a house ,i have experienced such a friendly experience by their sales manager hari sir, he is very helpful to know about each and every point about it.specal thanks to mana projects sales manager hari sir.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst builder, very poor quality work , making customers fool .i have got seepage everywhere in my flat and there so many cracks as well. i purchased in Mana tropicale.CRM team is useless, they keep telling stories and giving excuses' am literally suffering after buying flat here. Think twice before buying flat in Mana.
