(especially thanks to Ravi Kumar sir & Gopala Krishna sir they did excel service in their level) further I strongly recommend for saroj group... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was first property which I bought..I didn't had any knowledge about the documents related activities.. I am glad that I chose saroj groups. Team was very helpful all the way..my schedule is packed. I rarely get free time for other activities. But they managed everything accordingly. I took only one day leave and all the process completed. Everything went very smoothly. Still can't believe it I bought the plot with so much ease in very short span of time. Team coordination was really good..Mr. Ravi( very knowledgeable & supportive), Appaji, Subramani, Soumya, Shobha. Everyone helped a lot.. Thank you all. Keep doing the good work.

They made sure the whole procedure to be smooth. They are also helping with the loan procedures. We are now happy customer of Saroj family.

Most advantage part was space is open and beautiful with fresh air and greens around. It's a good choice to invest for your future needs,
keeping the development factor in mind. Being Saroj Group the development is expected to be world class.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saroj Whispering Winds is a good project by Saroj Group which has been doing business in Bangalore for more than 20 years and delivered many real estate projects with quality. I was interested in this project and so, got a chance to get the legal documents verified, and Saroj Group went extra miles in resolving all the queries that I had. Saroj Group is a builder that is extremely customer oriented and delivers value-for-money projects with quality. From site-visit experiences, the construction quality looked good. It has to be seen whether the electricity connection, water connection, internet connection etc are delivered properly. Hope these factors will turn out right. The location is good because it's near to an industrial complex and there are growth prospects there if/when manufacturing industry grows further (And manufacturing industry is bound to grow in India since the world will go through more supply-chain issues/ shocks and sanctions at international level in this decade, so manufacturing must be done locally, rather than being import-dependent :) ). Also the road in-front of the project is planned to be widened and another highway under planning stage will significantly enhance the value of this project.
