★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic security and the guard sleeps at night just one security guard, no power back-up, Security guard manages the maintenance and lot of scams as the monthly maintenance rate is more than ₹4.5k for a 2bhk and 3.5k for a 1bhk. Maintenance guy is a fraud as there is No transparency where the maintenance money is spent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peaceful location of the apartment located at the dead end. Flat layout is good. Especially from the 1st floor onwards as it gets more light and is airy. One biggest issue is this apartment lacks the power backup currently. Parking is available. Apartment overall isn't well maintained. Lift is quite old one too.
