★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay if you are rich because you will not get any singly penny of your deposit.. Specially in 4th floor flats.. 40*... Now it's depend you guys... Also there is so much Cockroachs in flats & so much water problem.. Owner will speak you very nicely & later once he has to return our deposit.. He will never pick calls & never responds.. Just take care before booking any flats... Specially 40*....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was living in 401 flat. There is less/no range especially for AIRTEL. Good power and water supply. There is a gate keeper and the building is safe. There was an issue with calling bell. We will not be able to hear the bell if we are inside the locked room . You should be very careful with rent in the first month. They might say you did not give rent along with the deposit. So be careful with the rent while making payment. Otherwise they will deduct the rent twice when you leave. They will talk nicely when you first meet them but when you leave they will make huge fuss about the deposit given. They will deduct as much as they can.
