The building owner is making her own rules and enforcing on tenants. Please read the agreement very carefully as they add stupid terms in it. Then they change the rules after that also and ask for more money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst owner ever , they never refund ur security money, will some how add unnecessary charge. If u ask questions owner will start shouting and may result in calling police (happened multiple time during my stay). Choose 3rd class PG instead of this appartment
