★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't even think of buying land owner flats here. We visited the site twice and after almost ending the deal at around 70lakhs, the guy told it's not my flat and he has to check with his brother, to come back and say it costs around 76lakh. The flats are not divided properly among the brothers and other family members ,there is no unity among them. After this we are not gonna buy land owner flats for sure .
