★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sai Mithra apartment on Sai baba temple road, near kundanhalli signal is worst place to live.care taker lady very rude and upon giving independent 1bhk flat, she make new New rule everyday. U will not see any notice but she will keep bugging u all time. Very bad experience. Left apartment in just 5 months inspite of giving brokerage n rent with painting charges.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here for 2 years from the time of inception of this building. The 1st year was fine and I really liked it here but then the real issues started. They started creating new rules every other months...like who was allowed to come and who could not. I was staying single and if my friend wanted to come and stay with me for a few weeks, I had to tell them and it wasn't allowed. While selling me the agreement, they had told me that it is rented out on independent flat basis and there would be no issues but that wasn't so. Soon they brought in charges of 500Rs per month for running the generator even though it was part of the rental agreement. Initially they made it optional and one fine day made it compulsory to pay extra 500, so my rent increased by Rs 500 more. Soon, courier and food deliveries to my flat was not allowed. I had to go down each time to collect them and they would open my food parcel and touch them. Eventually it was too much for me and I decided to leave. Even while leaving they did not follow the agreement and deducted extra money from my deposit. When questioned about it and protesting that it was not part of the rental agreement nor was it the commitment made at the time of renting the flat, the reception lady flatly said that she didn't care as she wasn't there. I did not want to fight over it because I used to see them regularly behave like goons with others as well. I just left. They sold themselves saying they were renting out flats in the apartment but they were actually running it as a hostel/PG.
If you can tackle management issues in this building then you may go and stay. It is a good place to stay. Rooms are small and it really is a 1 room + 1 room (divided into toilet/bath+ hall + kitchen).. essentially a 1RK flat which they sell as 1BHK. The location is good as well and all facilities are nearby.
