However the inside of the apartments is very nice.
Good spacious, ventilated rooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very comfortable place with good amenities like swimming pool, fully equipped gym and a table tennis area. It is very near to the Kundalahalli Gate from where you get busses for Whitefield, Marathahalli or itpl. The frequency of public transport is too good. You have a variety of good joints near this locality such both veg and non veg. U have local food joints which serve mouth watering dishes at a very reasonable rate and they provide plethora of options at your disposal. You can also have food at branded places such as subway, dhaba social. There are two malls near this flat. One is HyperCity while other is the star mall. HyperCity provides you a plethora of items for daily needs such as edibles, cosmetics and also good quality clothes at a very cheap rate.it also has crossword for book lovers. While star mall is unique in its own way. It provides similar things but also has a shop dedicated for branded wine.there is a hospital of famous Apollo brand just fifty meters from this place. You also can visit d mart which is just one km from this place and it provides things at dirt cheap rates..i would definitily suggest you all to try to get a house in this locality whether by purchase or by rent as it is worth every penny.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a good apartment building to stay in. Quiet and peaceful. Very near to Kundalahalli Gate. A busy road junction. Near by is HyperCity super market. Appolo Hospital is just 200 meters away. Only problem is approach road. A mud road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seems like a better place to stay, especially for the family in which one wants to move towards ITPL and other towards Indranagar / BTP.
But, only disadvantage is that the roads used to commute to this place would be always busy. Since there's an open field next to this place (where weekend stalls and exhibitions are held at weekends), traffic would be concentrated even during weekends. The road which connects this place to the main road is horrible, though the distance is very less.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent apartment for stay. The approach road is very bad since forever. It falls on some disputed land which is why nobody gets it repaired. I have seen it this way for the last 3 years now and it only gets terrible in the monsoons where even walking on the road gets difficult. Also, water supply at the apartment is of hard water from tanker.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old apartment, maintenance is too high more then 5600/ per month. But no amenities available. The association always tries to pull money from the tenants. They charge for using the gym and swimming pool. Can you imagine?? But swimming pool is very small and gym has only a treadmill and some dumbbells , nothing else. Someone can get luxury apartment in the same rent in nearby area easily. They always put illogical charges on the teneants, because no owners are staying here.
The association behaves like dictator, they can take any decisions without any logic. Stayed here for more than 2 years.
