Then they will not allow you to check out for one week. I mean your belonging will be on hold for one week.
Will not recommended this for rental...

First time it was impressive.
So again went second time to see some flats very very poor maintenance inside lot of seepage which youngsters wint even notice and become prey for owners.
The manager there is a full time broker rather mahaveer there .demanded 30 days brokerage so
Can imagine what type of maintenance he does for the apartments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Facilities available in Apartment are Swimming pool, Gym, Indoor playing area with chess, carom, Table tennis, Billiards installed , Steam bath, Jacuzy, Sauna, Club house.
For Tenants, the 3BHK flat has an attached bathroom including geyser, a spacious almirah, ceiling fan/lights/mirror/table and a personal balcony.
Society is gated with security with communication lines installed in each apartment.
Cook, a maid, and internet connection (spectranet) are available in the society.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are spacious and well ventilated. The only problem I have encountered are the plumbing issues and quality of construction seems to be average. The maintenance is high compared to services you're being provided. It's good if you are renting, if you're looking to buy then do check all the plumbing issues before hand
