★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious apartments. Nearby to every amenity that you would ever need. Society has good arrangements for sanitation as well. Would definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst apartments you could ever chose to stay in, if you're in Bangalore. The manager Surendra is not cooperative at all. There is no transparency about anything that happens in the apartment. Water is cut off for 4-5 hours for no logical reason everyday and even if requested to turn on for 10 mins for an emergency, no heed is paid to your request. So much for 24/7 water supply promises that are made to you. Apparently this society is the only society facing a so called 'water crisis' in that area, a reason that they cite for cutting off the water supply everyday. When asked for a logical reason for cutting off water everyday even after it's rained heavily, the manager shrugs the questions off and just responds with the usual 'Higher authorities have instructed me. I can do nothing about it.' Water gets collected during rains just in front of the apartment building, but obviously these issues are not important to the authorities in the apartment building. And ofcourse the water crisis here doesn't affect the small pool that's in the apartment, for it's replenished regularly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very good society. Situated at a perfect distance, be it from shopping complex (D-Mart) or food outlets (Kapoor's cafe) or sports complex (gurukul). Commute is very easy from here as it's just 100 mtrs inside from kormangala-varthur road, and yet gives a good detachment from traffic of the main road.
All the amenities available. Swimming pool. Gym. Club house. 24hr power backup and water supply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A society that checks a lot of boxes. It has a swimming pool, gymnasium, uninterrupted power supply and 24x7 power and water. All utilities are available with a many stores nearby, including a D-Mart. For restaurants, there's Mainland China and Kapoor's cafe at walkable distance. Whitefield and ITPL is just 5km away, and the society is situated at a walkable distance to the main road. All in all, a great place to live.
