This is a higher-end apartment complex located in AECS Layout, Kundalahalli, near CMR Instt of Technology (CMRIT) and Sansar store. A prestigious project of DSR Constructions, it has four blocks and around 1,000 flats. Simply called "Spring Beauty", it is clean and well-maintained. Right opposite Spring Beauty is "Knightsbridge", another large, higher-end apartment complex. Spring Beauty offers (limited) parking space for visitors. The complex is very conveniently located and has shops of various kinds on all sides. It was built in 2008.
