★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update 2: They seem to have expanded to provide all-in-one service called facility management where services like security, plumbing, electrical repairs, etc. of an entire apartment complex is taken care of. This has brought about a marked change in my residence complex. Services are professional, prompt and are available on call to help the residents to help with their difficulties. As a working professional, coordinating the time with plumber for some leak was tiresome. After they took over, the plumber turned up on time and plugged the leak. I would suggest apartments facing maintenance problems to try their services as their holistic approach allows you to deal with just one service provider instead of coordinating with multiple individuals/ agencies.
Original post: Sharing an apartment with a bunch of bachelors, we were facing huge issues with cockroaches. No matter how much aerosol sprays we used, they always came back either through the kitchen sinkholes, bathroom drains, chimneys. The breaking point was when our induction stove was short circuited due to a roach being inside.
That was when we decided to call Uniservice, referred to me by my work colleague. They carried out what extensive 'deep cleaning' and cleared out the pests. An additional benefit of clearing rats was also done.
I would gladly recommend their services to anyone facing similar issues

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have personally used their deep cleaning services and found it to be really helpful. The charges are very competitive and the equipment set is upto the current expectations.
We as an Managing Committee have been using their services about an year now. STP, swimming pool, security and WTP services are being availed with no major issues. We have also hired electricians, plumber and gardener from Uniservice.
Overall my experience with them has been good so far and I am continuing with them. I like the way they handle the issues professionally. I would recommend them for community maintenance as they have a experienced team in all aspects.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a member of the committee I have interacted and worked with the Uniservice Team, and their service were always good and satisfactory.
From maintaining the STP, Swimming pool to controlling mosquitoes in our complex they gave good solutions. Uniservice Team comes from the diverse backgrounds and they have the knowledge, expertise and will to solve issues that arises every now and then.
They have good staffs as facility managers who are trained to identify and address issues. Moreover the good thing I feel is the all the service records were maintained that helps the association in the long run.
The staffs need a better training in English and mobile apps which is the one area that needs improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have recently onboarded Uniservice for Azven Breathe Villa project in Sarjapur area (after comparing them with the best in business). Managing a property has multiple challenges, be it individual house issue or community issue or compliance or working with local authorities.
Its been a month since we have onboarded Uniservice and they have been doing a fantastic job till now. Right from responding to all the individual issues, helping with ongoing projects, being respectful to all the residents, bringing in technology & many more areas ... everything has been above expectations.

They are all ears, transparent, approachable and trust worthy. They stay committed to their promises with some reminders, though. Most of times they are reactive rather than proactive. A professional and very capable leadership team is the foundation for this group of Facility Management Team. They have good expertise in the entire spectrum of residential property management, and have well set processes and web based management systems that makes it easy for the Managing committee. Their attention to details, followup through internal metrics is very good, and keeps various things on track. Recommended to any residential property without a second thought.
