★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easily accessible via buses and close by to all major companies in Whitefield. Some houses are a little oddly designed. The road connecting this apartment to Whitefield main road and HAL Old Airport road is not so good. The surroundings are nice too. Definitely worth a consideration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ rooms are bit small, hall is huge and they are having one of the best balcony. apart from that there will frequent electricity cut for few mins, not sure why they take few mins to start backup. Gym is general few equipments , swimming pool is great , badminton court is there.
water supply is good but some time at evenings if water goes it wont come till mourning.
Maintenance fee is from 1400 to 1700.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst association ever, not at all good for rented people as we have no voice over any issues , water is pathetic and frequent powercut. Think twice before buying this appartment.. association rules are only made for few people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if you are buying the landowner's share, please verify that the property tax on the apartment has been fully paid. generally the landowners do not register the flats on their names, and the entire property tax for the previous years also falls on the newly registered owner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Opinion Is Based On the Area, I'm Not Living in the Apartment it is Just Opposite to my PG. Mahaveer Transquil Appartment Is Located in Nallurhalli Which is Urban Village Which Doesn't Give You Feeling of Village nor City This Area is Not Good Option to Invest and Live. Full of Pollution, Full of Traffic, Not an Clean Place, Smells Bad also, Far from From Bus Stand. So Think Thrice to Live into here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mahaveer group is very unfaithful, rude and full of liars team, They are not completed 1% of what they have promised in Mahaveer palatium project, club house is in the phase of land conversion since 5 years, many survey numbers are in litigation(ex, SY 12 & 14), builder is bankrupt, he is not in the position to pay salary of the employees, he is keep on lying on date of completion instead of work, This project looks like a jungle, So think before you make investment here, many owners have filed RERA case against builder, Sooner owner strike is planned in big level. Builder has a plan to run away by selling his last phase sites without doing any basic amenities

Forum value mall is 2km away and Inorbit is 1.5 km away. Nearest bus terminus is 1.3 km away.
Direct Volvo bus to Majestic and ring road.
Locality has its own swimming pool and gym and other amanesties are comibg up.
