★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the site today. The marketing and sales people didn't sound too confident about the project. I'd not trust a builder who has just begun their work and has already deviated from the approved plan. They still don't have the approval for 13th and 14th floor. I'd be cautious before investing my hard earned money in a project like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No approvals in place yet, they had initially planned for 12 floors but now adding two more floor so reduced UDS. Considering the total land area number of units are very high so would be chaos in future. Per amenities there will be too many users. Despite all this they are pricing it very high, fair pricing is atleast 20% lesser. By the way Builder's 1st high rise project so be careful in making the decision.

Hoping for a similar experience in the coming future.Overall experience with ASN Srikaram Team was good. Sales & CRM team helped us understand technical reasons on various construction elements which gave us lot of confidence before going ahead for booking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a flat which has been under ASN group construction. The location where they constructed the Apartment is really good. Their Architecture work was really awesome.... The price of the flat is also really affordable. Hope that ASN construction keeps on growing like this.

Hopefully they handover on time with all promised amenities.
It is 1.5km to ITPL easy to travel to company
