★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible project in all means considering location like very close proximity for any medical emergencies with Vydehi , Columbia Asia, Manipal Hospitals, upcoming Metro station and close proximity to IT hub around ITPL and Whitefield .
100% Vaastu Compliant flats, clear title, Elevation, ventilation, Build quality and last but not the least Open space .
Amenities like club house, children play zone, gym, garden & swimming pool are amazing.

Nice location
Cons:
1) Building is middle of big vacant land. High rise building will come around and this property will doom in near future.
2) Worst marketing team. They don't talk properly. Seems very new builder.
3) Verify document properly, there is one problem.
4) In same price, you will get good build nearby, like Sumadhura. Don't pay huge money to such new builder.
5) OC not received though construction complete.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ High Price. Price quoted was exclusive all, if include everything, it becomes high. Marketing havn't negotiated much.
Else everything is very nice, construction, vastu etc. No idea if front road will b developed ever or not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ High price. Many website they quoted price 5000 per square feet. I have visit FC fortune and they told me price 6200 square feet. It is very high price according to the location. Marketing team is very bad. No Kaveri water. 100 percent water problem will be there. If you are ok with above problems then only visit the peppery otherwise do not waste your time. Too much traffic and roads are very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very good locality to stay and place to invest. Apartment with 2 blocks and pretty decent club house fulfilling all the legal titles, approvals like CC, OC and RERA approved. USP for this complex is very near proximity to the IT parks, hospitals and metro as well.

Coming to pricing, As per my opinion pricing is reasonable as compared to any other similar project in any similar location.
