★ ★ ★ ★ ★ May be a good society and looks well maintained but they collect INR 2000 for new tenants as move in charge (same amount while moving out as well). Also, you will not be allowed to use the elevator for shifting the items. vehicle carrying the items cannot go till the stairs. Lot of rules and regulations which you will get to know only after moving in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As per me the appartment lacks infrastructure,there are no proper lift lobbies,hence it becomes quite difficult for visiters to find their way to the destination,the basements are flooded and not walkable when it rains...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice apartment. It's in the best location of Whitefield. It has great connectivity with all parts of Bengaluru.
Surrounded by IT hubs and Tech park.
Very peaceful area. Nice stores. One can buy property here and stay a very happy and healthy life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wasn't knowing about its rules and regulations else i would have never shifted here. old charm with lots to pains.
I decided to shift by seeing so many good reviews but for me its just not exterior look but interior and other facilities are also important.
You will have to pay 2k while moving in and 2k while moving out. Lift cannot be used while shifting not even for washing machine/refrigerator so there can be scratches. Also, stairs are not that wide.
This rules is just not for home shifting but lift is not allowed even for new orders like washing machine/bed etc.
I would not not prefer such apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not that well structured complex and it's very inside, far from main gate. You need to walk almost 400 meter inside. Or you need to have bike. And if you are taking far most building from complex then it's more 1000-1200 meter walk. Other amenities are there but location of them are just managed. Inside building it's like a hostel kind of structure. One straight path from one end to other end. No natural light from entry side of your apartment.
Rent is on higher side in general. Not that much worth society.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really well maintained community. Ideal place for families or anyone looking for a calm and pleasant home. Have a number of parks and recreational facilities available inside the compound. Bus stops or hypermarket are all at walkable distance. There is also a beautiful lake nearby.
