★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indeed a very clean and homely building with very cooperative guard. Continues water supply and proper waste collection ie dry and wet separately done. A very cute and friendly dog at the gate. Rooms are spacious living room with a much needed gallery and a cosy Bedroom. well designed kitchen is the cherry to the cake. Building has a very quiet surroundings and I could actually notice squirrels running right opposite to the building into the trees. It is peaceful indeed.
It has a small market on North side of the building at 2min walking distance and on the South side of the building stands tall, the Brookefield mall, South East is a children park and East at 10min of walking takes you to a street food lane near the only Engineering College.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peaceful locality and the very good property. Owner is very nice person. All the tenants are mostly IT working people, so no prob. Never faced water problem in this property. Security are well mannered.
