★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aratt Premier has a metro station right outside main gate, Kaveri water connection, clear legal title, gated community with good security, piped gas from gail, fire extinguisher in each apartment, every apartment has a visitor security camera at door, club house, gym, indoor games, multi-purpose hall, squash court, roof top play area and swimming pool. There is strong association doing a good job.

The price of the apartment is still reasonable. There are market and restaurants at less than a walking distance.

Withing 100 meter beer garden Pub, Family grocery mart , Shel /HP petrol station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the floor plan and the privacy factor they have considered in designing this apartment. Every balcony has its own privacy. Near to IT parks, major schools, hospitals, malls, supermarkets, banks, ATM, hotels (apartment itself is between the Keys Hotel and Marriott Fairfield Hotel), fuel stations, car showrooms, service centers and a very convenient metro station too...
