★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for ready to move in property and nothing was meeting my requirements. I visited this project and was awestruck in the first visit. The quality of the project is very good. The team is very professional. Mr Chetan from sales team has been very helpful and he answered all our queries with utmost patience. Mr Robert from the CRM team has been very helpful for all the documentation related work.
I am really impressed by the professionalism of the team and quality of project. I got to know that they almost stuck to their timelines of delivering their project on time even after uncertainties of the lockdown and other hurdles.
I wish the team all the best for their upcoming projects and hope they continue the good work in the same way. Kudos to the Sumadhura team.

I did my research in the surrounding areas before booking a flat here in Sumadhura Nandanam nearly a month ago and clearly for me it turned out to be an unmatched deal. The location is absolutely prime, Construction quality is good, and with almost all the modern day amenities.
I am impressed with the support and cooperation, I received from Sumadhura’ s employees during the entire process particularly with Mr. Chetan from Sales team. He was the first person with whom I met and he gave us the detailed explanation and walkthrough of the entire property. Since, this was going to be my first property in Bangalore, I was unaware about many of things and had lot many questions. Mr. Chetan was so kind and patient in answering them even during his off office hours . He was sort of my go to guy until I got my flat handed-over to me. Special mention to Bhanu and Meghna as well. You guys did an amazing job. Cheers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently purchased a flat in Sumadhura Nandanam. The biggest positives are the location & the fine structuring of the flats. Mr. Chetan from sales team was very helpful & cooperative throughout the booking process & beyond.
Mr. Robert from CRM team was also very helpful and supportive for all the administrative work.
The amenities are splendid among which the match winner is definitely the indoor swimming pool.
Really amazed to be a proud owner of a Sumadhura Nandanam flat.

Owning flat at Sumadhura Nandanam, since booking was a seamless experience, sales team is very skilled and experienced specially Chetan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently bought a flat in this apartment. Even though it was outside my budget, the location the construction and the behavior of Sumadhura representatives made me to change my mind. The site STM Mr. Chetan was very helpful, cooperative and more over patient (we had too many questions). He clarified all our doubts and made sure the process went smoothly.
The building quality and fineness is very appreciable.
The Flats are constructed in a very space effective manner.
The amenities are top class and unlike many others builder who build amenities for name sake, they have done it with at most professionalism. The indoor pool is another highlight. The kids play area looks neat and clean.
The facility to avail guestrooms for out of station guests is something I haven't seen elsewhere..
I would really recommend this society to my friends.
