★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here as tenant and experience was horrible. 05 series of the apartment is worse as there is no direct sunlight or direct ventilation at all which will lead to fungus formation in the house. Improper association and miser attitude of owners lead to lot of issues on regular basis like no water, no power,no security guard etc. Too noisy place. Many of the times parcels are missing, shoes are missing from shoe rack. They close the lift if u r shifting which is illogical. Only one person is for maintenance of apartment as well as security thus safety issues are always there. Parked vehicles get scratched. Overall it's pathetic place.
