With close proximity to all the major banks and the biggest malls like Phoenix and VR mall, it is ideally located for shopping and fun.
At walking distance you will find Decathlon for sports shopping and Metro for all your retail needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best apartments to live in the radius of 2km from Rohan Avriti. I had moved from Brigade Metropolis to Rohan Avriti and year ago as I was not satisfied with the sub-standard maintenance of Brigade Metropolis apartments. There were rats roaming in the lift lobby and carridor - however they open spaces are much better than Rohan Avriti.
Maintenance of water bodies at Avriti is average and I didn't like the idea of mixing of water of waterbodies and swimming pool water.
Architecture is great and the structure quality must be good however the plastering of interiors is sub-standard. The technician to install gyeser had to drill 3-4 times at different places in order to fit a 20L device. He was getting only powder from the wall and the screw couldn't stand there.
Security is good. The lawns and gardens are maintained with strict rules.
Maintenance guys are not very responsive and helpful, especially the plumbers. However electricians respond very quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best apartment to live. Close proximity to proposed Metro Station, Bus Stand, Phoenix and VR mall, KR Puram railway station makes this apartment very attractive. Well maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is more or less a newly constructed society. It is kept clean, regularly maintained, with enough plantations inside the society itself. There is a gymnasium, table tennis, squash court, badminton court, a small park for children and a swimming pool. There is also a grocery store which has many, if not all, basic stuffs for daily requirements. The security system also seems sound here. There is ample parking space in the underground parking slots. The lifts are huge. The apartment is constructed in such a fashion that the ventilation is really good. In the evening, you'll see children playing around, which makes the place a bit lively, otherwise the location is such that it is usually calm and serene, even though it is 2 minutes from ITPB main road (Garudacharpalya Bus Stop). The to-be constructed Metro station will be also very near. Also, it is right beside Decathlon Whitefield and just 10 minutes walking from Phoenix Mall, Bangalore's best mall.
Overall, worth a 5 star rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location near hospitals, schools and short walking distance to Phoenix mall. Next to ITPL main Road and in front of apartment complex is the metro train that takes you anywhere in the city. Great landscaping and green spaces inside Rohan Avriti complex. Construction quality is average but floor plans are the best I have seen.
