I purchased 2BHK flat at Neeladri paradise. Building is superb and you have amenities like swimming pool, small children park, lift, power back up,security etc. Place is 10 minutes to phoenix mall, 5 min to bhagmane tech park and 10 minutes to KR puram.A khatha property having all approvals..!!

The apartment is not at all good. Even the supervisor is not behaving well. If any issues or anything you required they are not going to help u out. There were no such good amenities present in the apartment. They are doing fake promises for 24/7 power backup but there is not a single day where this issue didnt happened almost everyday there is the electricity issue for more than 3 4 hours Also there were days when there were no powers for almost 7 8 hours. N while asking to switch on the generator they are giving lame excuses. They are unnecessary taking 2500 as a maintainance charge. And We stayed there for 9 months although we have 11 months agreement but when we raised the concern for all this issues they forced us to vacate the flat in 9 months itself. Previously they told us to leave the flat in 4 5 days without giving any notice period. Later they gave the legal notice papers. Also at the time of giving back the deposit they are unnecessarily charging the electricity charges without showing any electricity bills. The society is not so trustworthy. We have to wait for more than 4 5 days to get any carpenter or someone who can fix the issues. There is no electricity bills generated for the society. Dont know whether it is legal or not. When asked for the electricity bills they didnt show any bills at all. And suddenly from the deposit amount they are trying to deduct our money. If there is any option to give the negative rating i would have done so!!

I found this is one of the quick development places of Bangalore with 'A' katha property and building is awesome, The quality of construction is fantastic especially the Aluplast UPVC Windows which highlights my flat. Overall I can say good place with out traffic sounds & very good elevation given by the engineer .& finally thanks to Manjunath Sir .

Very good premises, spacious corridors, good vasthu, with dedicated security and high rise compound wall. Good bore water, wide rooms and excellent balcony. Access to many malls, IT parks within 2 - 5 kms road access. Nearest Railway station is KR Puram Railway station. Overall one can lead a peaceful life.

This apartment has good and spacious flats, also the view from the terrace is very beautiful. The ventilation in all the flats(2 BHK and 3BHK) are good. It is an 'A' khata property with all the valid documents available. The security in the building is ensured by 2 gates and a security guard. Building has 2 lifts, out of which 1 is working as of now and the other is still under construction. Parking for 1 Car and one 2-wheeler is available for each Flat in the building. Overall it's a good deal of buying a flat here or renting one.

I purchased a 2BHK flat & have been living here for more than 2 years. The property has A-khata, OC and it is in close proximity to Outer Ring Road, Phoenix mall, Bagmane Tech Park & a good well maintained Public park for morning walk. Construction quality is superb and there is Cauvery water connection & Borewell water. There are Amenities like swimming pool, children play area, lift, power back up, security etc.

I am one of the proud owner of an apartment (2BHK) in this building, Completed my purchase December 2019. Let us get into actual detail. Pros : 1. Good place to live 2. Proximity to all the places Malls, Renown Schools, Offices, Other activities (sports or learning) 3. Well understanding and adjusting people as Bangalore is known for. 4. Amenities : Child play area, Lift and Power backup Cons: 1. No STP , even though money was collected for it with the cost of flat. 2. Lift is not so spacious and gets locked up sometimes. 3. Swimming pool is for namesake, cant use it as a drain leakage from beside buildings.

I purchased a 2 BHK and it has been a very satisfying experience. Construction quality is the best and facilities are at par with any "A" category builder. Moreover Mr. Manjunath, the proprietor is very courteous and helpful. He interacts with a personal touch and personally looks into every detail of our requirement. After years of house hunting I must say I am extremely happy with this purchase and it is worth every penny. Another attraction is the location which is in between outer ring road and ITPL/Whitefield which has good rent prospects. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a flat around this area.
