★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good infrastructure with great views & facilities. One of the best Apartment in East Bangalore. Been Staying in this place for 1 year now. The best part is my grandparents too now live here and their life has also changed for the better with Senior citizen Amenities. Easy Accessing basic needs like medical shop, grocery store, food shops etc in the society premises.
Conveniently located close to my Workplace & have Work from Home office cubicles features in society

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been staying here for 3 months now. The location and connectivity is great and the build quality and general facilities are fine.
The project is under development and most of the amenities are under constructions, so as a tenant you do not get to use them for the short period you would stay here.
The biggest problem here is the construction noise for all the work going on, they start work early and sometimes it starts at 6 AM and goes till 12 PM in the in night. it is difficult to stay with this noise all day along and it is difficult to sleep after the sounds comes in. Please make sure you check for sounds before taking the flat here.
The constructions light are left on at night, giving problem to the flats opposite to them.
Be careful if you are choosing this for short stay. I would imagine after a year or so, this problem would go away and then it will be a much better place to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seems location is the only advantage Durga has.
Their sales team would promise you pool of lies, beginning from cashback commission which either you would not receive or take eternity and endless follow ups. The gift voucher promised via their sales team never came even people settled there.
Also builder will always find ways to get interest payments from you even if you have made payments on time or there is delay from builder end to submit the bank documents.
As such, I didn't find any quantity issues so far. Still take your wise decision, in the end its your hard earned money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: Durga Petals apartment looks nice.
Best thing is that they have 2 separate swimming pools. One is outdoor pool and the other one is indoor swimming pool. The indoor swimming pool can be used by ladies who hesitate to swim outside. I suggest every builder to build at least one indoor swimming pool especially for ladies.
Cons: Some of the banks don't sanction the loan for this project. Don't know the reason. But didn't agree to give reasons.
There is no cellphone network near lift area.
The sales manager does not have complete information about the project. If he does not know, he tells that he will ask his boss and tell. But he never does it.

1. Too much construction noise 24/7. You cannot keep your windows open because of noise and the dust.
2. Horrible experience with the Management committee members.
3. In here they make rules on their own. They will ask you to come to the main gate to collect the food orders even when you are down with fever.
I request everyone who is considering coming to Durga Petals to re-evaluate their options because it's a mess here and I was stuck here from last 10months but finally will shift to a new place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hey Akhil Kapoor, I think they are fairly priced in comparison with others who are yet to put up the structure when Petals is ready to move in. Location & quality matters more than a brand & a brand comes with premium for nothing. Before buying a 2 bhk flat I visited 2-3 branded developer & decided to invest in Petals as their offer was transparent & quality of construction is good. This is my honest feedback about project.
