I rented out this flat 204, in SRI LORVEN RESIDENCY-DODDANEKUNDI, for 4 years. I lived there without any complaints, and paid full rent even in Covid. Now when I decided to vacate the flat due to my mom's illness, he has kept the deposit amount and not ready to return it. He blocked my number and not responding at all. I'm requesting him past one month to return the money, but in vain.
He has many flats in Bangalore, please DO NOT TAKE ANY FLATS FROM HIM. I have filed a case with the lawyer.
