★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for buffet dinner on 8th March 2020. If you are planning for the buffet too, please go to other restaurant. This place sucks. On the name of buffet, they have limited a la Carte options. Most of the things you will look for, it won’t be there. If they provide, it comes with an extra budget.
So please save your money and time. This place is not worth for buffet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food. Nice hospitality. Very clean place, not very crowded. Good options for vegetarians too. Most of the food were mouth watering, particularly Kashmiri pulao, Chicken Biriyani, Methi paneer etc. For non vegetarians the options were limited.
Parking place is not very good here, even if it is free. There is no lift from parking to reception.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Hotel is well maintained, service is good. The parking lot is really cramped though. The Keys Cafe is neat and clean. They had e decent number of items and food was good too. We went on a event which was very well put by them. The staffs were helpful and quick to respond.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food . Good service . But I did not like staying there . There is fresh air I did not feel it . But without offending thats my personal opinion for my self. People who are surprisingly seeing my message please do try yourself . Gym is good thats the plus point..Fresh juices in breakfast is the key and their south indian is authentic.

* The speed in accepting orders and quick in delivery or services.
* Post lunch, the response relating to finger bowl service require refinement.
* Confused to ask the winter of next order, since we felt they are not willing to take our orders. Lunch buffet is not served and only order based options available.
