★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a beautiful society with no heart for animals. Pets are always under the microscope with no freedom to even relieve themselves. If a pet relieves in the grass, the parents have a tough time. Pet parents are subjected to Telegram group bashing on regular basis by a selected few. Despite Bangalore being number 1 pet friendly city in India, BLF is a long way behind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a beautiful society with worst drainage system. I have lived here for 1.5years and faced drain overflowing 5-6 times. All because the drainage pipes are inclined inwards and garbage settles in, resulting in drain overflowing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regret buying our dream home here. Brigade is a bad builder. Don't trust their Engineering team anymore. Amenities are great, looks fantastic. But there are multiple sources of noise. Having our house in the ground floor, whatever people dump from the top floora lands around us.
The main problem is noise. Absolutely no noise insulation. Heavy noise of submersible pumps in the Lower basement disturbs us 2 floors above whenever it rains. Brigade doesn't take responsibility for this. Instead asked the estate Manager to service the pumps and run one pump instead of 2 when isump isn't full. This doesn't help at all. Most of the time when it rains, the tiny sump is filled and basement is flooded. Noise is constant and I can't get any sleep.
