Most importantly it’s surrounded by many eat out, specially north Indian restaurants..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Houses are nice and spacious.. Facilities are decent although old.. The problem is with the maintenance and association, it is like 90s government office.. No proper system, no proper response or follow up.. Literally like a govt office from the 90s..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for kids to play, huge play area. However, the major issue is less security guards, present only in the gate not near every blocks or any other area and poor power backup. Only lights and fans can run with power backup...its really pathetic. Lots of power issues in the complex.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live here. A nice community to live. Very peaceful and well maintained. Good amenities like pool, gym, community hall, kids play area and games room and library. Good people in the community mostly owners.
Not of very high standards of construction and design. But the rooms are quite large and open on 3 sides in most apartments.
