★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Society is well maintained but A block doesn't have houses which will get direct sunlight more than 30 min per day, most of them won't get it due to its location. Maintenance is too high it's 4600 which is for premium builders like snn, dlf etc in South Bangalore that is a major deterrent for buying or taking apartment on rent since it's gonna increase in future only. The road leading to it is secluded a bit so after evenings 7-8 PM it could be a little bit unsafe. Would not recommend for rent for sure, rest for buying it depends on investment returns and individual need.
