The OWF society is at a very prime location with lots of lush green landscaping. The amenities provided by the builder are good especially the Field's Club design & decor is just beautiful. The in-house Water Softener is also thr.

Our experience with Orchid Whitefeild, Goyal & Co was above and beyond our expectations. They made everything so easy. Special Thanks to Roshan and Ashwini. @Ashwini M:- I must she was very much impressive on the way she explained about the project. The solution to all aspects like home loans etc. were provided in one place –so we could be sure all of our choices. She explained all of the standard features and possible upgrades. I can’t express how stress free and easy the process was to select our features and buy the flat. It went so smoothly, we knew we made the right choice by choosing Orchid Whitefield. The service, standard features and commitment to quality was great. Also i have referred my friends and relatives for their projects, coz of my great experience with them. Last but not the least I must Ashwini was a one stop solution for all the queries and could see immediate resolution with the issues be it registration, detailing of the flat components etc etc.

Only Truth ,Pls read it before investing Positive Point : 1. Good construction quality 2. Good location , open space 3. Very nice design and amenities 4. Good culture and nice community living 5. Very supportive neighbour 6. Lot of events to celebrate and engage (Only by residents) Negative Points : 1. Worst CRM team real problem will start when u buy and need builder support. No reply on mail . tarik pe tarik and no mail reply. 2. Lot of overhead cost which builder will not tell u while taking flat so keep 50k + seperate . 3. Maintenance team is clueless and entire society maintenance work on one Plumber and electrican . Still work on Hand written complain mode . 4. Handover done in July 2021 but u have to pay property tax of 2020-2021 which builder has not paid even when the property is not in owners name and builder is clueless .Expect 10K+ 5. Water quality is worst and wtp (don't know working as water quality is worst) or water softener not installed . Pls be sure your hair will be definately fall and water fitting will get demaged . Keep 50 K for changing appliance or water filter . 6. CCTV installation is major issue : Lift , Common area are without CCTV 7. For khata transfer and property tax owners have to get it done by paying bribe to outside dealers/brokers and get it done. No support from builder as this is bill work and can be done without bribe. Pls be ready with 30k+ additional for all these. 8. Lot of things no logic like multipurpose actual usage (Badminton court practice is wind) , small kids area, swimming pool with no sitting option, club house charges are very heavy for usage when compared with other big builders. Jacuzzi bath without hot water . 9. Only one internet operator as builder has appointed and with WFH u can't take the other option . 10. No working POD , WIFI is not available for resident . 11. Over and above onces u start living and if any esclation to builder management u have to deal with person like p****** which will make u feel that this is builder flat and we are paying rent. All what we are getting is a favour from builder .Very rude and no customer centric person , demaging builder image . After staying u find ur dealing with a non professional after sales team rather then professional builder. Example of how a very good project for loyal customer can be made worst by few after sales support person , CRM and maintence team .

The maintenance of the apartment is pathetic. The water in the toilet flush has foul smell and within a day Or two yellow color will get deposited in the commode. It's been long time we are complaining about this to the maintenance but they are not fixing it. Many residents are falling sick because of this. Never buy or rent this apartment, we did the mistake by buying an apartment here. We are planning to sell this now. What a waste of our hard earned money.

After taking a look of many new projects in whitefield , I found this project to be a perfect match for my needs .The club house ,especially the badminton court is awesome. There is lot of open space to walk and spend time in evening .The common amenities are being maintained well by the builder. No doubt , a good investment.

Orchid Whitefield society is at a prime location with lot of greenery around and open space within society. Best part about this society is that it is in close vicinity with hospitals, schools and malls. It also have good amenities.

Great experience from the sales process to actually living here. Good location, lot of open space, greenery and top class amenities provided. Piped gas facility and personal fire extinguisher unit provided to each flat. Finishing provided within the flat is good and maintenance staff available for any issue when faced.

Impressed with the quality and finishing touch in all the places in the building. The quality is at par and higher than Premier builders like Prestige and Shobha. The club house is well planned with all the required amenities.
