★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a apartment and does have a good parking at the Ground Floor. The apartments are specious and newly built. But the locality is a dump. Also the apartment does not have much open space, except for the view on the terrace.

Listening music in laptop not even in woofer and having a laughing conversation with friends at midnight and security guard showed up in our door with pleading smile, also complained to our landlords. We never faced such kind of instances before in any other Appartment
