★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a collection of apartments by Nestaway. The rent is over priced compared to the facilities they offer. There is no power backup during day time on weekends. They never turn on the generator during weekdays, parking is congested and there is no response from Nestaway or the owner as they keep passing the responsibility from one person to another. The actual rent without maintenance for 1BHK is 15500. It comes up to 17500 for 1bhk as they add the electricity for the elevator onto your rent. This place does not have an individual electricity box per apartment and we are forced to share the apartments electricity bill among all the residents.
There are better apartments in Ambedkar Nagar and Nagondanahalli that offer better amenities and are preferred by people if they have their own bike/car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently our neighbour left the apartment as one of the nestaway caretakers had used a duplicate key to open the flat in her absence. When she enquired, they said it was to fix a leakage in her washroom. Nestaway didn't give a satisfactory response.
As they had the audacity to enter homes and washrooms without the tenant's knowledge and access washrooms, it is advisable to fix your own locks after you move in. They will charge you a penalty if they get to know you have changed locks, but better to be safe than to be sorry.
Kindly check your washrooms for any camera in case you are away for a long duration.
