★ ★ ★ ★ ★ High rents and they wont allow you to use lift. Most of the time lift is switched off or locked. There are better and spacious apartments near by. I made a mistake and please don't do the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at White Petals Apartments. Location is good. Small apartments with high rents. Advise everyone to get brokerage mentioned in agreement or billed in hand. Security is available but there were shoe thefts(No CCTV at that time).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good apartment for rent for small family, we stayed for three years, good neighbourhood no much traffic inside layout. Convenient for local market,malls, vegitables and public transport.....etc

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic place to stay. Stay away from this place. As told by many of the other resident of this apartment in review, they don't respect anyone. MONEY MINDED people.They dont have any empathy or respect towards anyone and keep fighting with all including tenants and visitors. They dont even give respect to a gas cylinder person or any other visitor. Regular Service providers even hesitate to turn up to this apartement because of the harsh attitude of owner and disrespecting apartment security.
Name sake they have placed the generater. They will switch on only for 2 hours if the power is not there for the entire day.
You would also notice another person here interacting for all your conversations regarding renting of this property in the name of broker/agent who is part of this same owner and just loot commission/other charges out of you.
While vacating just forget the Advance MONEY.
We are not supposed to hit any NAIL without their permission. They collect money even for a nail.
Security is another level. He will be sitting and watching the phone without opening the gate and comes and stands just staring at all the items when a delivery guy puts the grocery items into our bag. He would be starring us whenever we step out of home.
For the amont they are quoting for rent, we can find better apartments in Whitefield. NEVER fall into this pit. My honest review. We have suffered a lot and many of our other neighbours who stayed there went through the same. Others should not face the same problem we faced. Hence took time to write a lengthy review.
You might feel if there could exist one such apartment likewise in Bangalore city as explained here but you could definitely realise it once you rent it out.
Also keep in mind that, whatever good reviews you see for this apartment are reviewed by them itself from different IDs. That's the epic funny part.
If there could be some advantage of renting this apartment, it is that your monthly Electricity Bill is always a fixed amount. How much ever less or more you use, the electricity charge is always same amount and there is no individual meter reading. This is also because of some violation of this appartment's construction.
