★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know builder Mr.Raja for a quite long time (around 6 years) and I trust his quality of work in construction and way he handles his customers. I had a dream to buy a property in Whitefield close to all prime facilities - this is the perfect location. All designs - structural and electrical and ventilation for each flat are vastu and as per international standards. Quality and Commitment is the phrase that I want to use to describe them. I wish them all success in future projects as well.

I was looking to buy an apartment in Bangalore at an affordable price in a convenient location for investment purpose. When I saw Springseas Cross winds, I felt it is a top-notch project for the price, location, and amenities I am looking for. This project is very close to most of the IT companies and commercial centers in Bangalore. The apartment complex is well designed as per vastu with beautiful architecture and built with excellent quality. Excited to move in.
