★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This builder is know for their reputation. The flats are very spacious, with modern amenities like Home automation, video door phone and dishwasher facilities. They also provide 24 hrs power back-up including High voltage points. Spacious basement car parkings where our car is free from dust and damages. Their common amenities such as swimming pool, club house and gyms are very good. The quality of the products used for the project is very good. Overall design of the project is damn good than any other reputed builder who grabs lot of money from customer. Overall worth for money. The marketing and management teams are customer-friendly and are very transparent in letting information about the project. I should not keep praising it but I would suggest flat buyers to visit Umiya Woods and experience the goodness by yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful society in Whitefield Area, not a very big society so it's very peaceful over here and green as well. Gym, swimming pool and common area with chess, Table tennis, carrom, air hockey and others are available and you don't have to wait to play or do workout, some perks of living in not so big society.
