Initially we finalized some Property near white filed but Quality of construction and price offered doesn't match.
Then we met with Mr .Kishroe in SBB with the Help of Mr. Zameel.
we gave our requirement for House size , location, Vastu , corner flat ,2nd floor with open area Balcony
Then Mr .Kishore Offred a decent flat which really in our budget and meet our requirement . Finally I booked my Flat with the Help of Mr. Kishore and his Team.From starting to till end of Booking he cleared our doubt on each step related to Quality of work. Bank loan, Position , timeline of handover . Now i am also dealing with him for Interior work which is going to handle by SBB sapphire in my own Budget. Thanks to SBB Team .

Mr. Gautam was our point of contact, one of the best person to deal with very polite and professional and addressed all our queries.
The speed of construction and quality is wonderful, Location of the apartment is perfect, I recommend people looking for good apartment to reach SBB Sapphire.
Eagerly waiting for the possession.

We booked the flat in Nov 2021. Mr. Gopal and Mr. Kishor gave full walkthrough of the project and facilities. They were always available for resolving our queries and ensured that we had hassle free registration.

I would like to mention name of two individuals who helped me a lot from purchase, registration to shifting to my flat: Gopal ji and Kishore ji. They took care of everything. Gopal ji made sure that I get a slot for registration at my convenient time and Kishore made sure that the hand over experience of my flat is awesome. Because of them I rate my experience with SBB as 5 star. They are truly professional and very helping in nature. Keep up the good work.

Thanks to Gopal and Kishore for making the process(Booking and payment) very transparent and understanding for new buyers like us.
Srinath reddy and Lohit reddy being the owners gave importance to customer satisfaction.
