Typical rent for a 3 BHK is around 25 thousand to 28 thousand ruoees and rent for a 2 BHK is around 20 thousand to 25 thousand rupees . I am talking about 2018 jan. No 1 BHK flats in society. Well maintained premises. It has a Gym with Pretty much all equipments but small room only. Swimming pool is available yet not very big.. decent size with separate pools for kids and adults. Small play area for kids with swings, slides etc.Parking space is big but gets lot of pillars which makes some parking slot smaller than others and gets difficult for bigger cars and SUVs.
Despite being on the sides of a busy road the place is calm and silent. There are two blocks in the society Block A and Block B.
It has a very nice walking track which used to be preiously used as interior road for taxis and other pick up and drop vehicles coming into the society and now its made walking track .
The view from top floors are amazing. It has total of 9 floors and each floor has some 8 flats. All the rooms in every flat are airy and well lit up with sunlight. There are many grocery and provision stores nearby including pop and mom stores and small departmental stores . The Imadihalli market nearby can get You good grocery. Nearby departmental stores include Top and Town, The Whitefield Supermarket, Loyal Market etc. There is even a dairy nearby if you wish to buy non packaged milk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is good, maintenance of the society is well taken care.
Biggest drawback is they don't have complete power back, only three small lights are provided when light goes out. With increasing power cuts in Whitefield, it's impossible to manage without an inverter, and an additional battery. Thus I am giving 3 stars, otherwise it's a good and comfortable place to stay in.
