★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good apartment with all the mandates, but the owner of 203 is worst, he will let you in the flat very easily but when it comes to leaving the flat he will charge you for every broken or aged things that where there even before you started living there. Better to take a full video or every corner and cupboard present in hose before living to keep it as a proof for future. Also read the contact very carefully before signing the contract, the owner is very cleaver to include hidden clauses which you may not feel is important but later on he will come back and deduct that money from the deposit amount. In my case we deposited 1lakh but at the time but only got back 39k with last month rent deducted around 24k.
