Lot of deviation in actual construction with respect to model flat quality of tiles, filliting so on
Even after paying all amount(95%) buyers are not even allowed to see flat or enter construction site. Builder says will allow to see flat only just before registration
Builder is not open to any discussion about grievences of the buyers literally treats customers as non entity

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap class Builder. A lot of False commitment. We got a lot of False commitment on OC. Not transparent at all. No clarity on OC on the ongoing projects. Will make you feel regret buying their property. We have paid all amount. No communication from higher management, only receptionist is communicating in case of escalation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a very worst builder, his main office ladies who work in Mara thalli, Kalamandir attitude is very worst, i met with one lady her name was Madhura, she is one of the worst attitude lady, giving very rude answers, she has asked for commission of 50k for getting good apartment in Varthur, as all the apartment was fully occupied. I was supposed to talk to senior lady, but this lady is asking commision directly.

for more information she told she will be giving some person number who stays in varthur he will help and get apartment in a good deal. His name is pradeep she told to pay 1lakh for him
seriously very worst experince, did not find to go to such builder, already we have to pay crores together, again commision, very much difficult.
Dont know why this buider has kept such workers , this has happened to my friend initially from the same lady.
