Also has badminton courts and Cricket practice nets and very large area for parking.
Also very nicely maintained area.
Also has advanced technology like mobile app for visitors registration and also drop box for online orders

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware! This place is anything but peaceful. Hostile environment. Resident's kids play inside the building and make too much of noise. Even if you close your all doors and windows, you will hear their screams all over the place. It goes on mostly in evenings every day. sometimes they play during the day as well. The noise is so annoying that you wouldn't be able to sleep or do office work or do anything that needs some focus. If you are someone who expect peace inside house, this place is definitely not for you. the most surprising part is, residents intentionally ask their children to play inside and do not take them to play area. There seems to be a monopoly of these people. Unfortunately many residents do not understand that they should also care for others privacy and life & that's an irony. Overall it's not a peaceful place. Everything else is okay here but you should avoid this if you want a peaceful place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartments are well designed. The common area is beautiful and well maintained. Has a host of facilities such as a good gym, yoga room, indoor games room, swimming pool, basket ball court, cricket pitch. The association is pro-active. Security team does its job diligently. The only problem is the design of car parking area. Someone who has never driven cars seems to have designed it. Its too narrow even for small cars. Adds 5-10 minutes to your travel time every day just to take out the car out of parking. If you own a sedan or SUV, then god help you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The maintenance is too high for an apartment that always has one or the other issues. There have been many fire accidents. No electricity for days together. Association always keeps asking for funds. No proper maintenance by the manager. The labor suggested by him are too expensive for the quality offered. No proper fixes. The security manager Bimal was once sacked and he's hired again. Incapable of anything. Money hungry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small and cute gated society, with in house big basket vending machines in place. Has all basic amenities. Great access to major hyper markets like More, Reliance and well known restaurants and breweries. Most important thing is that big business parks and offices are within 5-7 km distance, which is a big blessing when you are staying in Bangalore. Small grocery and essential shops are at a walking distance, main road accessible in 500-600m. Society is well maintained with nice landscape.
