But there is a Huge delay in the Project Amenities pending from along time are (BWSSB, OC, GYM, Club House etc..)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not at a good place to stay, invest your hard earned money. Here you will be able to see some rules and regulations which is not friendly . If you are pet friendly please don’t think to invest on this property at all. Some of the Owner are having issues with pet. Here kids are playing in basement and sometimes they put scratches on the car also. Also please note, Till date so called owners didn’t get OC( Occupancy certificate) from builders.Still management is following up with builders. Till date builder has not yet completed the ammunities which they have mentioned in there brochure. Before investing in this property please think twice. There are other projects in Begur with a same budget it’s better to invest on them.
