★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. Very bad communication. Tells one thing does another. They did not inform that courier charges to be borne by me and always has excuse for whatever you say. Delay in shipping of product as well. They lied about home delivery being available, I had to go and get shipment from 12 kms away. Products were good quality but bit overpriced. Everything else is pretty bad.

Sir, I am not interested in ruining your reputation in anyway, all I have done is listed my experiences with your company. As far as mentioning your mentor, this is from your listing in IndiaMART where Archit Agarwal is mentioned as your mentor and Lovey Agarwal is your CEO. Moreover my review was termed as rubbish so I do have the right to respond to that. Also I have emphasized that product is good but service is poor, that's all my issue is.
