Awesome, I have to say customer experience are Improved at par level in last one year.. (CUSTOMER SINCE 2015)

4 ENTERTAINMENT SOURCE SUCH AS WIFI AND TV
5 MOST IMPORTANT YOU CAN LOOK AT YOUR VEHICLE IN CUSTOMER LOUNGE THROUGH CCTV DISPLAY
My visit review in April 2018
No better experience in terms of time saving appointments they do previously under the old manager, Now appointments are no more given as per the new manager it's really disappointing for the people who have less time to wait for few extra hours.
I request please make new plans to reduce the amount of time a customer have to wait or provide some express servicing scheme..
One thing need to be fixed here "why to put these template while it not working at my every visit"
