1. Gated community, Security guard present on gate.
2.CCTV cameras installed inside.
3. Outside from city peaceful/ pollution free life.
4. This is the best place for retired people because it is very far from city.
5. Small mini market kind of area is available inside the society only.need not to go outside
Cons:
1. Very far from city so no public transport available.
2. Daily commutation is not worth from this place to Jaipur City. Thats why i mentioned that it is very good place for retired people not for working ones.
3. Different size of villas are available but very costly. Every house has basement. My personal experience with Basement is not good so i dont like them.
4. As i said it is far from city and no public transport so you have to have a car if you are traveling in night. Day time bike is ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a society? If you think to live in a lavish society than this is the one. Club, garden , cleanliness and good people around you. Well maintained garden, roads and drainage system is special. Children play area, plabtation at the side of roads and well equipped with modern security. Residents of the society is very helpful to each other. A dream place to live. Well maintained roads and society electricuan and plumber reside in the society for any maitanance. 24 hour water supply with power backup.
Now we talk on Cons of the society i found only one cons about it which is This society is very far no main market is available in the society or nearby society while near about 80% family is living in the society.
