But, one of the slowest project in Nashik. Families who might have thought of accomplishing their dreams after possession of their beloved house, might have already accomplished dreams much before possession. ?
Hope this building speeds up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ spacious flats at a reasonable rate. though still underconstruction. once the construction is complete it would be one of the finest societies around pathardi. currently 14 storey but 22 storey permitted.
PRABHAV EVANA group despite paying all the money has not met its deadline of handing over the flats and has extended the RERA date by 1 year. They promised to hand over my flat by 30th nov 2018 but i dont think i will get it anywhere before mid 2019. They have not employed enough manpower to get it done on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This project is under construction since ages; I booked a (supposedly my dream house) flat in June'18 with an assurance of completion by Oct'18 but even in Oct'20; this project is not yet completed. Builder is forcing buyers to live in under-construction building.
These are the pictures clicked on 24th Oct'20, how can Builder expects buyers to live in under construction building.
