β β β β β Very bad experience on 19/08/2019 i bought Hitachi AC. i didnt use my AC this summer since i was at my native place. now when i m using it in rainy days the AC is not working. it is not even blowing the cool air out. What should i do. i bought this AC for rs 26000.
I have not taken even a single free service due to this corona . on 19th august 1 year is completed can i take the free service now as a assumption due to covid-19.

β β β β β Purchased HP Laptop from Airoli Branch, wherein it was defective since first week itself... the assistance provided by them is pathetic... they won't provide you any update about the replacement policy and on top of it would expect that we as customer need to know policies... will never ever recommend anyone to buy any products from them...

β β β β β Services are good and is an excellent store overall but one compliant i have is there slow delivery dont know if it is because of season or not but it is bad. 3 days past booking and full payment and i have yet to see my moneys worth.

β β β β β Samsung TV purchase was finalised with Form being updated with price and delivery address and only card swipe was pending. Last moment CSR tells me, we cannot sell for the said price (incorrect price was quoted was an excuse) and I need to choose alternate product. CSR was good with greeting and on service however miscommunication with seniors lost the deal. CSR did confirm with Manager before finalizing the deal. As a dissatisfied customer had to walk out from the store. Pic attached of customer log for feedback. Hope ARCEE looks at customer redressal (assuming they value customer satisfaction) and looks into the matter to avoid hurting customer sentiments

β β β β β I had a sour experience with them at first due to non availability of booked AC and the service was delayed due to miscommunication. However I would really like to appreciate the patience and humbleness of the staff at this place especially the executive who sold the ac to us Mr.Swapnil Tambe and the store manager both had put their best efforts and made sure we went back home with a satisfied service. They deserve more stars however I am forced to limit to just 5 stars. ?
